    How did upper management decide who to cut? One thing I know is numbers was not the only factor

    I know who this is. You write as bad as you talk. The numbers WERE not the only factor. Not "was." Your personality and your mouth are the problems. If you stay in pharma, talk less and learn to speak using proper English.

    Do you have a mustache and talk like Forrest Gump? Yes, it's you. Stop wasting time on CP and polish up your resume. Your mouth is why you were let go. Use this as a learning experience. Talk less. Complain less. Learn how to correctly speak and write. I know people from Mexico who have better English skills than you.
