Quit hiring Novartis...they are a dumpster fire...leaving for a reason

    News Flash: Novartis is a dysfunctional dumpster fire. A commercial organization in the US crippled by legal oversight that does nothing to help protect and everything that kills innovation, initiative and risk taking.

    Why continue to hire these people for critical roles? We are destroying our own culture!

    Do you understand that they are leaving for a reason? If everything was so great there, why are they leaving? Why do we want to take on their culture as our own.

    The damage is already real.

    Immediately, stop bringing in the activity driven, politically correct, emasculated Novartains before it's too late.

    Sure, we have something to hide. It's called paralysis. We'd like to hide from it and with all the Novartans coming here, bringing their activity focus and their manufactured hatred of all things commercial, we fear their toxic culture will hurt our stock growth.

    Already, NVS lawyers are killing the sales force, killing R&D, and killing marketing. They create artificial fears and then build their network to investigate them.

    If you are a Novartan legal fcuk, you suck.

    You will know the Novartan legal schiesters have won when they put the sales teams for both divisions on quotas for IC.

    Remember, quota or goal based IC systems kill top performers. You pay the wrong people.

    Talk to the Novartans, they will tell you -no one gives a shit about IC because the quotas are all wrong.
