    Why go on stage at NSM and say you will roll out fair and rightsized goals to ALL and screw the salesforce AGAIN???

    Well think about it. SR and BF are liars. They will say anything to keep the salesforce intact before the inevitable layoff. With Differin Gel going over the counter, Epiduo going generic, and no pipeline..did you really believe the BS they were spewing from the stage? Why are only certain sales reps getting pay increases, why are those pay increases not taking effect until April, and why are the goals so high? They are not going to pay you now or ever. Get out before you are laid off! Word of advice, do not trust either of those empty suits!

    The Epiduo goals are insane. Especially with Differin now availble OTC. The company isn't going to hit 100% which means no fast start money for the acne team.

    the list is way longer than that. all the new launches that failed miserably, how the returns be in proportion to the sales... oh wait I think that is rigged ... hard to forecast returns on a new product....too many surprises, inventory issues.... it goes on and on.... impulsive planning with their head in a cloud or in their butt.
