Please. Just stop. Does it make you feel better about yourself to make negative comments about people? Either you got bounced out or edged out for a director job sometime in the past. Our mid level leadership team is damned if they do and damned if they don’t. The people above them are asking for things no human can deliver, in a pandemic no less. The people below them don’t understand how much they shield from us. Do you want this job? If you really have an issue with KC or anyone else, at least have the balls to reach out directly and make some suggestions. Instead, you hide behind this anonymous board and criticize. What result are you looking for?

Galderma is digging a big hole for itself with the new regional structure and the deeper it gets, the harder it is to get out by doing more of the same.

Flemming is so out of touch with what is happening. His arrogance and incompetence has taken a good company off the rails. And all this extra dead weight non revenue producing regional positions are not helping us.

 

When will the company start internal cost cutting and stripping assets?

 

Healthcare is rapidly evolving and all the feeding industries are forced to change with it. Pharmaceutical companies are becoming leaner and more agile. Flemming on the other hand is stuck in the 90’s, building a large bureaucratic organization with heavy regional structure. This will be the final nail in the coffin for Galderma.

 

Galderma seems to be driving for the ditches constantly lately.

 

I heard Can is still unemployed. Serves him right! He is a loser who had no idea what he was doing. What company would hire him? He would be lucky to get a job flipping burgers!

 

Fast and deep cost cutting and massive layoffs will happen. No way can Galderma afford this regional structure.

 

Regions losing senior people already. LOL!!!
