Managers / Directors ( if you want to call them that) making demands about # of referrals in the hub? Where is the product? Don't you think derms will want to know when the patient can expect a call about the Rx being ready? This is getting laughable. Take a pt off a product that they are using that is readily available, to be put on a waiting list for something that may not be available for another month? We need Upper Mgmt to deliver this compelling message in person. I'd love to hear the feedback.
The slap already did. Word is Kyle got word to reset expectations and resize accordingly. Layoffs in the first year of a launch are transparent for a poor performance.
Kyle and Mitch were given the ‘what’s Plan B’ assignment before launch. Internal expectations are now actively being managed, and yes, that’ll mean cuts are already planned just after launch. Just 78 days ‘till Christmas! Will the layoffs be done by then? My bet is Q1, early.
That is a kiss of death to any drug launch. They may as well pull the plug if they layoff that soon. It seems JNJ telling docs that Sun was never going to support their product is dead on the money. How do you reduce headcount and compete with JNJ and AbbVie? You DON'T!
It’s not just sales headcount that’s the issue, it’s the whole wrap-around for the product. We waited this long and we still have nothing, nothing. Time to bail.
It’s not the drug. It’s not the PGA numbers. It’s the lack of power given to the TMs. Honestly an account can send in a BI and you keep the TMs out of it? This one is a 100% management blunder. Crappy drugs are sold everyday. But crappy drugs coupled with crappy management and a crappy marketing plan is suicide. The pill has been taken so sit back and enjoy the ride down the drain. Foolish foolish people here.
