Rare Reorg

    Tons of people are pissed. 6 or 7 are "flex." All randomly done
    Some of the best reps got royally screwed. And everyone wants to go for the TLL position.

    Most understand the purpose and reasoning, and for once, the company tried to address some big concerns. But is it enough to keep some great employees?

    My CAA is applying elsewhere.

    You cant just keep starting over again and again in rare disease and expect to have progress. Once managers see they're not making bonus with goals, I see them looking elsewhere too.

    No one wants Gaucher. The naives aren't out there despite what they think at HQ.

    Brian and Duane know what they’re doing. Re-orgs are opportunities to thin the herd. For those who are pissed, they probably want you to leave anyway. #lazy
