    So, since no one feels comfortable telling the honest truth on the "rate your manager" survey, let's say it here in a much larger pool of people. What do you really think about your manager? What is the dirt you wish HR knew? Are you thinking of leaving because of your manager? Is your manager about ready to push you over the edge?

    She's not management material and should go back to being a rep. She lacks professionalism. She is who she is. She is not going to change.

    Does being unfaithful to all of your (ex)wives count in the rating? If you don’t have integrity in the most important area of your life, it carries over to your work.

    They should screen them for significant character flaws. Major lack of integrity unscrupulosity at the top of the list.
