Rating & calibration

    When a representative receives the rating of a C two years in a row, what happens with that rep? Fired, package?

    ‘nothing unless the FLL or avp really wants to get rid of them. Need a performance plan in place first usually.

    Probably promoted to GSK management! Calabrations are a bigger joke than COCO

    My boss said if two out of the last three years were a C that she would push to have that person fired.

    I just got my second C, my boss said I need to go and do not expect a package.

    Sounds like your boss is threatening you and it also sounds like your boss isn’t demonstrating core values of integrity and respect for people
