Used to have a ton of confidence in you Ray. Now, no goals, no resources (at least spotty), no samples, no numbers, and a CRM system that is in disarray. I’m sure our annual merit increases will be minuscule also. If I was on the outside looking in I would not want to join this company. Ray, you usually do a very good job in these situations but this time it seems like it’s taking too long. You’re better than this.

Obviously you don’t work here so you don’t know. A comment like that tells me you’re completely checked out. If you can’t see what it happening with goals, resources and data then you’re just blind or stupid. And I am planning to leave along with a lot of others. Aerie doesn’t seem to have these problems. Plus, they are giving very nice sign on bonuses. Yer Haa! So I’ll leave for much more while you stick around for your 2.5% merit increase and stock that will be worth nothing in months.
