50-60% of RBD positions should be reduced with the changes. There should be no RBD managing only 4 to 5. After reorg, RBD's will manage 10.

They certainly should be the most vulnerable. It just doesn't make good business sense to have that many managers let alone having the employees feeling over managed because the RBDs have nothing to do.

FAKE NEWS!! RBDs are key contributors to Sage success. Unfortunately, there is a troll who continuously pots negative comments on this thread. Hope that his IP address is outed and we ca ban his future posts. Many of us feel we know who the malcontent is and his firing was JUSTIFIED!!

Key contributors? Let's state the real facts. The poster says it makes the best sense. I have a feeling you are an RBD. There isn't a company in the industry that had districts where managers only have 4 to 5 people to manage.

What are all these flowery rainbow like messages? We all know the deal. You don't have to be too smart to figure things out. Its obvious they will restructure and many are at risk, including RBDs.

I’ve never heard of a company where the managers were paid so much and had such small teams. If there really are managers with 4-5 people, they need to merge 2 teams and get rid of one manager or find a new place for them like managed care/medical/KOL engagement. Something. Too many managers. Some of them are good and would hate to see them lose their jobs, but many came from primary care and are managing the field teams like they are a bunch of sample droppers. They wanna go “make calls” all day. This isn’t primary care ya’ll! Going office to office all day isn’t going to get this done.
