    Review time whoo whoo. Does anyone have the contact info for person you call anonymously? It's like the ombudsmen or something? So my RM told me everyone that did not hit their goal-including RMs-got a below rating. I don't believe it because I'm not sure my RM can tie his shoe and that would mean half of the sales force and half of the RMs would have got a below rating. TP has taken up residence at the bottom of the RM rankings. Probably got exceeds. Very corrupt.

    Not surprising. You'll have to start sucking up to someone who can't tie their own shoes to do better I guess. That's what RC is all about at the end of the day. Few people have talent, and if they do, they are too smart to ass-kiss...instead they are treated worse than someone who can't spell, or think their way out of a paper bag. Disgusting.

    Maybe you can discuss your review with the talented HR team? Haaaaa!!

    That is the problem. We put up with the poor treatment and remain silent because we are afraid of losing our jobs. HR is useless.

    The joke of the industry. When is TP getting promoted? Gotta keep the laughs coming. I actually have been successful here as have others but yet we are never considered or know about the opportunities.

    This post is right on. Can't believe we are stuck with this leadership. Why would a company move a guy who failed miserably on the retail side and put him here? Napoleon complex to boot. from talking to people who have been hear far longer than me it's very sad what has happened to this company in such a short time.

    Can't help but think back to last NSM when these bozos said they were starting a "movement". They started a movement alright....unfortunately it's a bowel movement. Heads will roll.
