Keep calling on that same doctor even if they say they won't write it. This company is all about micromanaging metrics. I truly hate working here.
Hit all your 75 physicians as a "call" not "call attempted" and you will have 100% reach. The frequency is the number of times in the quarter you call on them- supposed to be 5 times for your Top 75.. A total office call- moving the call forward should count as a call but there are micromgrs that sit around and read your call notes and call you up and make you change your notes to "attempted" if they disagree, throwing it all off.. The receptionist/OM could be the drs spouse and decision maker- there are other people involved besides the dr.. this business model is merely a numbers game, its ridic -give them what they want and see who you choose its your territory.. They love statistics and think this is the best way because they have had a direct salesforce since March and are expert aficionados in the game, though it is a start up. Also they cap you on a quota metric that they set..notice the AMs cannot tell you how they came up with your quota? The AMs hopefully don't play unfair with quotas here? Does anyone know? Does anyone feel frusterated with all the constant admin? Disappointed this is pharma
I don't understand how we hit 100% if we happened to get a dr in our list that retired, moved, etc. and no see? What do we enter for that?
That's a tough one. Your manager will probably schedule a pointless 2 hour conference call to discuss that and the stages of a doctor you'be seen 10 times. Aware or Considering stage
