Ready to quit this profession...what can I do from home?

We live in a cold northern state and have a condo in Florida. I am financially able to quit this job. We would like to spend about 4 months in Florida and the rest here. I would like to be able to do something that I could do from home...you know, both locations and make some income to help out. I'm thinking $30k a year or so. Im not interested in selling life insurance. I don't want everyone at Del Boca Vista to run from me!

The person wants to work at home. If your not in front of a customer, you aren't selling..
