This place can't figure out a strategy if it's existence required it! Oh wait it does require a strategy to run profitably. We are doomed as a company - there is so much turmoil and chaos and change that nothing gets solidified and there is no clear plan for execution to increase revenue other than the rally cry "reach and frequency on your top 75". Jim Cramer says time to sell the stock and I say it's time to look for another job. So sorry I accepted to join back in March. Huge disappointment.

I totally agree. I regret taking this job. My manager focuses on the wrong bs. Reach and frequency alright. This isn't 1990. Something needs to be done real soon. No direction at all.

Panic city in my area. Who hired these managers?

Way too much admin here! I've had more conference calls here than in my entire career. Let's focus on getting in front of the customers, please.

My manager doesn't have a personal life. Real unhappy at home. Really telling by their actions.

Territories will change. All your doctors that you've worked hard to get them onboard might change. Just remember our purpose is to eradicate colon cancer. I love my job!:)

I am shocked by how mgt works here... Out of control...people are looking. Micromanagement is ridiculous.
