The culture is completely disintegrated here. Used to be where we were all in it together. Now that trust in exec leadership is gone, and bc so many people are leaving, those remaining are getting crushed and are forced into survival mode (while looking for other opportunities).

Aesthetics team completely safe. Maybe it’s because we don’t count sleeps until a “Christmas break”. We get vacation days, not long breaks like school children.

 

Sales teams mostly safe. It will be a bloodbath in Switzerland as high cost small value.

My source in the home office says email going out in the afternoon on Dec 2 to stay home and receive your call the morning of Dec 3. At least they won't ruin Thanksgiving this year. This was inevitable. SSSM team reps are safe but will be moved back to reps as that group is to be dissolved and put into the acne mix. 1 rep per territory nationally. Best rep of the acne or rosacea team stays. 23 Regions down to 14. Some territories will be dissolved with neighboring territories getting bigger.

 

Knew this was going to happen. The SSSM team is useless. They provide no value to our territories.
They should just keep the RSM’s as reps on this new dog of a retinoid we have to show how they don’t even know our customers.
