Reason for mass exodus?

Why are TBM's leaving in droves? Thought this was a solid expanding company. Niche product but solid leadership. Good pay/ benefits etc?

I was contactd for a sales position AT nps.
Although Natpara approval delayed can gattex sustain the sales force?
How is sales management viewed?
Is bonus obtainable? avg?

any insightful comments appreciated.

 

Gattex cannot and won't sustain the sales force. If its not approved sales force will be let go

 

Of course Gattex can sustain the sales force - less than 2% of the available patients are currently being treated with Gattex and sales are growing at ~30% per quarter. You can blow out your bonus with regularity working a "typical day". Since we are just now expanding globally the sales grow rate will expand dramatically as additional countries approve Gattex.

Company is financially stable. New Endocrine drug will get approved early 2015. Gattex is doing fine @ $350k per RX per year....Some reps are leaving because...A. They can't sell B. They received a better offer. C. They were ask to leave

If you simply research the company you will find out that NPS is set to launch 10 drugs in 10 years.....

 

What a bullsh*t statement. A lot of smoke and mirrors.

A few people on the Gattex team went to Intermune for more money.

Happens all the time. Alexion, Aegerion, Regeneron etc all lost people.

Don't feel "good" about those companies, either?
