I'm looking for people who were engaged in the Reclast launch. What did Novartis do and did they do a good job?
Worst launch in history. great drug but really dropped the ball on having infusion sites ready for doctor referral. Infusion sites should have been set up prior to approval so that reps could concentrate on sales not chasing potential referral sites.
