Happened last summer too. A couple reps at 100% to quota were let go and given severance. This was all to help struggling career Baxter reps they need to help them win LinkedIn HR awards.
They better train up all those associates to prepare for the mass exodus that’s going to happen not that J and J has their business back. anybody that helps associate reps take their jobs deserves it.
