    Acthar Sales Specialists (ASS) should be the ones running. With PHI comes the way RRMs will find out in the offices how much "work" the ASS team is really doing in offices...hello unemployment.

    Most RRM's don't need PHI to know which ASS's aren't working. All you have to do is look at referral volume and office follow up. Case closed. No pun intended bahahahhah.

    So says the person called RRM that didn't have spine to keep up with increasing quotas. One word---whimpy!

    RRM's will be BLOCKED out of the office because no office will let the patient sign approval for their PHI. No Value. An RRM is not aloud to help an office fill out a form!!! So what are they going to do there? No need for them, just use care plus.

    No value?? That's funny because YOU were always the ones who would say offices were frustrated because they couldn't identify patients by a case number. Now RRM's will have access to PHI to help move the cases forward much faster with office staff but we will be blocked out?? Hmmmmm interesting!!

    YOU CANT HELP FILL OUT The FORM!!. 99% delays are from payers not responding. YOU CANT HELP THAT. INSTEAD OF RRM"S THEY NEED TO ADD MORE ACCOUNT MANAGERS. So your value is knowing the patients name? Offices at most have 5 patients, they know who they are. My number is pretty easy to identify. Easily done with numbers...YES We are telling all of our buddies NOT TO HAVE THE PATIENT SIGN THE LAST TWO PAGES!!! No HIPPA Clearance ...you are out of my offices, and go AWAY...NO VALUE that you offer. Mallinckrodt will soon figure out. Good luck on PILOT....we are secretly working to sabotage your efforts. That is just what the office wants...another person calling on the office...or another politically incorrect idiot calling our patients. YOUR SCARING THE CUSTOMERs AWAY! Good luck!! Mallinckrodt isn't stupid...you will be gone soon. And good luck with all the fake contact information we are giving you!! Don't think I am giving you my cell phone and backline numbers....     First, if you only have 5 patients that get drug over and over, eventually that will run dry soon and you will be stuck with 0 because you can't sell and get any new patients and then maybe YOU will be gone.

    Second, if you are trying to sabotage our efforts and not allow us to help with your offices, it's probably because you are doing some shady stuff and don't want anybody to find out.

    Third, no RRM's will be calling any patients whats so ever so know your facts before you speak.

    Ok...so lets have another great conference call to discuss what you are doing? I just got an e-mail from my RRM that she was visiting my offices last Friday. If she would have called me I would have told her that they aren't in. Stopped by yesterday to see them, and they said she was obnoxious. So guess what ...You think sales is easy...by- pass us...you won't get in. I think this pilot..they don't want to be involved with the reps at all, I don't care, but she isn't going to get into any of the offices. Hard to be a rep again...right??I heard they were told to be a bull in a China shop and do their job...Good luck without rep support.
