What happened to old Art? I told you fools five years ago that his arrival signaled imminent failure. Is he still out riding his little motocross bike and acting like a child. Worthless loser.

He’s long gone and was replaced with an RSD that knows the business and kicks ass!!!

So what has happened? Sounds like the sales force is mostly unaffected? Who is gone in home office? Anything to do south numbers missing for the lad 3-4 wks?

This isn’t a conspiracy. Pat and Todd didn’t get promoted and some let go (rightsizing happens everywhere) because sales isn’t getting weekly numbers down to territory level. Come on!!

Original poster didn’t say it was a conspiracy. If you’re in sales, not getting sales figures as promised with no explanations for one month is a big deal. Used to be we would be notified if Tableau data would be late the same day it’s due. People wondering if Sales Ops is still functioning. Reasonable given recent news.

    Great business move IMO.

Curious. Any TAMs have decent relationship with lokelma reps? Are they seeing less rXs due to whatever pharmacy not reporting? This data limbo makes no sense. If AZ isn’t having data issues, then the explanation given is nonsense.

If you believe there is still data not coming in from a major pharmacy, you haven’t been in the business long. This is compensation management 101.

Pretty sure no one believes most of what comes out of HO anymore, esp the “pharmacy reporting issue”

Put a fork in it. PB leaving is a huge deal! We had one leader beyond our DSM we respected. She was sincere, realistic and wasn’t afraid to push back and advocate for sales. Best RD I’ve ever worked for! Integrity, knowledge and an uncanny ability to connect. The region breakouts were the most inspiring part of the POA. Huge loss not only for the west but for Relypsa.

PB was hands down the best part of Relypsa. Maybe she can take us with her?

Vifor take notice, your best leader just left. The wheels are falling off in the U.S. and no one seems to care except to give us a rah! rah! VM or EM. Sales will suffer.

the Lack of transparency demonstrates Vifor’s contempt for the sales force. The lack of leadership ruins what little credibility Relypsa had left.

best message leadership could send is to finally hold SO accountable

Never worked for a company where sales ops ran a company! Dorothy Won must have dirt on everybody!

There’s more than SO. Refusal to purchase better data in order to get accurate sales numbers per territory, no Fresenius data, lack of partnering with dialysis to gain easier access and build relationships, no push to expand specialty pharmacy network, lack of preparation for competitive launch.....

My DM just graded me on a bunch of competencies. I’d like to know what the competencies are for SO and who is evaluating them on there competencies. How about Accuracy, timeliness, customer service, quality control before releasing information, politeness, transparency, competence, etc.

PT pulled us out of pharmacies without explanation and AZ is in them to deal with any issues. TU has been over Sales for a year without any significant improvements. He chats everyone up, asks for feedback and shares what he thinks is wrong but doesn’t take action. BN may be nice but he doesn’t know how to deal with conflict or how to be persuasive. He’s too concerned about ruffling feathers instead of being the leader for sales. The dysfunction is allowing AZ to erode what we’ve worked hard for and the decline will continue. Vifor must be buying this since TU was promoted again! He was good in marketing but in charge of everything is a stretch. Stand by for BNs next VM or e-mail praising people for doing their jobs.

What about the competencies for MM? Great announcement today. Nothing changed, except L just got a huge win! I’ve never seen a sales organization that places so little value on the sales people. All kinds of rules for sales to get a senior promotion and not the case for other depts. Very short sighted to place so little value on the people where the rubber meets the road!.
