Remember the good old days?

    Remember back before Furtaw when things got done in a timely manner and customers came 1st? Remember back when the Karl Storz name meant great products, unmatched service and fairness to reps?
    Ever since segmentation things have headed downward. Add Furtaw into the mix and you have a disgruntled sales force and ineffective internal employees. He is focused on proving something to Charlie so he gets the title of leader as he has been promised. PF has done nothing remarkable just increased prices and crawled into a hole so as not to take any risk to show jaded #’s. Good luck to anyone trying to get anything done around this place! It will all come to a head some day but unless the ship is righted very soon it will be too late. It is apparent that Charlie has checked out and completely lost touch with what is really going on. If he cared, all he would have to do is survey the sales force about Furtaw and the pricing office and he would hear the same feedback. That the whole infrastructure is crap!
