Well. Since the IL EPA shut down Covidien / Medtronic's third party sterilizer, J&J doesn't really need reps anymore. All the business will be Ethicomas now that MDT is running out of inventory

Specialty team was also eliminated.

not true. Organization was top heavy so they increased span of control and removed dead weights. Combined specialty with brand. Added more groups and removed some. Full unveiling next week

 

Not true. Majority M1 and M2 plus the casual part timers, nothing to do with span and control.

~10 were eliminated + another 8 in limbo.

Infection risk management which consisted of Biopatch and Suture were also let go. All sales reps. Clinical specialists. Marketing. Management. Etc. whole US team dissolved.
