I guess those reps who are being notifyed today by Human Resources that their services are no longer needed are really relaxed. New territory and region alignments will be rolled out over the next few weeks as soon as the corpse are removed.

The Obama administration and the management of the Healthcare sector are so alike. The incompetent at the top are never held accountablity or at best fired. So is the life at a pusedo medical company.

The bodies are still being counted for the massacre of the supply sector. So far, 5 region managers, 25 reps plus Parks, Urban and Moore. More of the dead wood will be revealed this week. No fear for the devices, we have that "new" product the hi-lo et tube which is only five years to late.

This should carry them another 2 to 3 yrs then another cut back.Supplies cannot survive at this rate of losing business or saving business at a reduced price. JB and the cast will be retired, laughing and accomplished their objective. Bullshitted tom until full retirement. Devices will be so depleted that cast of characters will also be gone after they devastate the business. It is just survival mode people. You r right it is a shame……. Bad management and we suffer.

Well spoken! The fish rots from the head and they only cut off the tail. Devices will be milked as long as possible and will meander along with stale products, no innovation and hope no one comes to the market with a acceptable closed suction catheter.

KC business is shrinking not the market we are in. Just plan bad management and it must be because they have rid the company of the people they thought were so bad. So our guess is is poor management because our business is shrinking not the market. When is someone going to see that. Both supplies and devices are getting smaller and smaller. The joke is corp accounts is growing. All that is a double reporting of actually business. anyone can reduct a price to get business. How funny!!!!

We all have targets on our back just matters when your time is up. Even if you are over plan.

The Muckty Mucks at the top will start heading for the trough as soon as the 10 day waiting period is up. While they take a hachet to the the sales force, they will be lininig their pockets. Check on inside trading to see how much Falk, Bauer, et al will make on their ill gotten gains.

You seem to think that all of management are either stupid or losers. Why haven't you become a manager than? You obviously be in that club because you're an idiot!

The custom business will be a thing of the past with Obama care. It is the ultimate in bundling. As the kc business shrinks Dallas will sell it off. Why u say to many manufacturing plants and not enough volume and no one wants our standard kits.

Look at companies that kept people with 20yrs +. GM lateen with old timers in upper management they failed bailed out by the government, PanAm gone, kc on the brink failure. Great at finger pointing not their fault for failures. All 3 companies have upper management cronies who contribute nothing but protect each other. They blame us and take the money to the bank. And to your point they are the blame..

Looks like the ship is leaving the rats. KC Healthcare is a "dead man walking", there is no value to a spin off company. I think they will sell it off in pieces at fire sale prices and let the sales reps fend for themselves. What a great company?????
