I am being interviewed for sales management job here. Please do not throw gossip my way, but should I consider or not consider this interview? The product seems good. What should I ask in the interview? I am looking for valuable insight so I can consider where I spend my future. Thank you for your honest but fair response.

Great Product. Untrustworthy upper management. Company is heading to an all "customer service" telephone rep company. But, a job is a job these days. Just collect the paycheck. If you are coming from Pharma, you will fit right in. Don't buy into the "mission" bullshit. Also, don't trust anyone. They paint the picture of a happy "family" here. This is a BUSINESS. They can give two shits about your family. Nor should they.

I have been here a few months and everybody has been very positive and seem to really enjoy their job. I have talked to reps that have been here for years and they are very happy here. But Cafe pharma makes this place sound terrible when it's not. I started not to take a job here myself because if the negative comments, but spoke to some employees face to face and found out that the opposite that you read here on Cafepharma. So I really wish the complainers for this company would just go work for the perfect company since one does not exist.

A few months? Oh please. Talk to tenured reps. Most of them are GONE. You're probably a delusional rep who keeps saying "I love my job." You also can't wait until your AM texts you every freakin 5 mins. Enjoy your job while you have it. Cuts are coming before June 1. Love your job and EXAS now?

true. My departure leaves 10 "tenured" reps that has been here on day 1.
I'm leaving because of the new corp. structure, culture, Diane, micro management, Diane, corp. culture, Diane and I guess mostly because of...Diane. All the shitty complaints I have all fall back to her.

The initial sales force was hired via contract company and started working in July 2014, so no rep has been here "years" yet.

This company and its management are pure garbage.

    Stay away.

That last one made me laugh - I don't even feel like a salesperson anymore - I'm a robot toting lunch!
