Reptrax is the worst vendor credentialing

Green Security has officially taken over as the worst vendor credentialing service out there. What an absolute shit show............ It is expensive for initial signup then they charge a-la-carte for everything beyond that. Their website and upload process is a shit show. Things that get approved by every other credentialing service on the planet will be declined by them.

Actually their entire process is a cluster fuck of a shit show.

Be sure that you cancel Green Security when you leave the industry. I left in March, They charged my card in Dec for 2024, Contacted them immediately upon seeing the charge. Now they won't provide a refund even though I'm not in the industry any longer. If this doesn't scream RIP OFF COMPANY I don't know what does. They never let me know that the charge was coming since they only had my old company email on file, which I left in March 23. $275 to this crap company for nothing.
