Again, if it’s not rocket science, why weren’t you prepared at the interview? Don’t point fingers if you know these companies want an understanding of buy and bill and you show up not able to demonstrate how “easy” it is.

 

Who said I wasn't prepared at the interview? My interview was in fact, stellar. I was specifically asked to explain the buy and bill process - which I did as Ive gone through all of the training for it and have completed field shadowing underneath multiple reps who have done it. Doesn't get much better than that-short of actually having done it myself, which again I cant do if these narrow-minded companies won't will hire someone who hasn't done it.
