What’s the team like? Thinking of accepting offer but worried about merger and the new drug. Any insight ?
It is simply toxic. Do not take the position unless you intend on continuing your job search, as you will be constantly looking over your shoulder wondering who will stab you in the back. Management will manipulate and hover over every word you speak as though you are a little child no matter how much experience you have in sales. You have now been warned, any detriment to your career is on you.
Mylan use to be a decent place. Since the Epi pen tragedy, much went downhill. Sales reps are pressured to make things look good, managers are afraid to speak up. The culture is now managed by fear. Good reps are leaving. Bonus plans are force ranked and unfair for at least 50% of territories. Same territories win contests based on managed care, volume and hospital formulary. Oncology has its issues, women’s health is roughing it out. Many Reps want to be here, but all are saying prayers hoping for change.
