How is the culture in the respiratory division? Is this truly a specialty position?

Like anything, it depends on who you work for and their CBD.

if you are referring to biologics then yes it is specialty. if you're referring to rst then yes it is also specialty. if you're referring to pcx - no - thats not specialty.

both bio and the rst team have excellent cultures. rst culture isn't as good as it used to be but its getting better since they put that team out on its own again. bio has the best culture of all though.

Where did the dimwit who said they were a manager claiming $130k max go? It was fun watching them lie out their a$$ knowing that we knew they were full of it.

Job stability on the fasenra side? What’s it like vs going to the new drug?

vast majority of Fasenra reps stayed put vs going to Teze, if that tells you anything.

Fasenra has a track record and a foothold. Teze has neither... and higher up in the pathway doesn't always equate to better efficacy. Look at Singulair Accolate and Zyflo... Zyflo was higher up in the pathway and it had significant issues with liver functions among other things once it was approved for use, and once they had more patients exposed the bad stuff started trickling in... it couldn't compete with the other products based on it's lab tests and side effect issues. I'm not saying that Teze will meet the same fate, but higher up can lead to other issues once providers start giving it to the masses. That's when issues arise.

Post #110 …”Singulair Accolate and Zyflo... Zyflo was higher”.

You don’t know what your talking about!! Resp Bio is nothing like Singular, Zyflo or any other allergy medicine your referencing. Learn the space then make more intelligent comments.

listen if you are making 140k to sell Nucala, 155K to sell Dupi, or 140-145k to sell Fasenra add on another 30-50k in bonus and then look at the actual hours we work and we are doing pretty well so stop f....cking bitching and enjoy the day!!!

I wasn't comparing Resp BIo to the other respiratory pills but the "higher up the pathway" MOA, read the post and comprehend the information before you make disparaging remarks... you might want to get a dictionary to look up the words in this reply so you understand. And good luck teaming up with the All Stars that Amgen is hiring at rock bottom salaries!

BOBWA culture is in decline. Was great while it lasted, but now big pharma culture has made its inevitable creep. It will only worsen over time. Rich can’t stop the creep.
