Anyone know why the respiratory managers are meeting in Dallas this week? Big changes 4th quarter? Anoro going to Syneos?

I wouldn’t get your panties in a wad. Managers always go to meetings to justify their existence.

Standard meeting, some news that Breo will no longer be marketed/sampled sometime semester1 next year and TRELEGY will have more voice starting next year Q1 not sure if it will be Syenos or Gsk, perhaps a mix

Because manager meetings are a thing that they regularly do.

They will all be talking about you

Exactly correct. More SOV around Trilogy. Get ready to have more interaction with our Syneos colleagues.

Well, it's September. Some brand or Division has to be getting eliminated soon.

Let's face it, this division sucks! Leadership, incentive comp, culture, you name it. If anyone is happy here, you must be insane!

Have heard Anoro is going to Syneos. January 2020? Not sure. All Resp reps will promote Trelegy. But do we really need 3/4 Trelegy reps per territory? I don’t think so. Downsizing in the future.

Of course we don’t. This is all overreaction to AZ and their triple. All we will do is piss off offices.

Oh no! If we have 3 reps in my territory selling Trelegy, offices will start to ban us! This would be a stupid idea! Two would be ok but really one is sufficient!

Not to worry folks. Anoro will be sent to our friends at Syneos. Territories will be re-aligned ie expanded. There will be two reps per territory but managing a larger geography and customer base. FLLs will have a larger span of control. So there will be a small downsizing. Hopefully packages will be offered to those who want out. Respiratory division has a limited shelf life. Remember what they have told us? 2020 is when changes will be coming. Trelegy has maybe two years left of promotability. I am in the Nucala division and we face our own challenges. Nothing like you folks. If you have half a brain and an ounce of talent you should be getting out! Either into a different GSK specialty unit or into another organization. You will continue to be treated as unruly adolescent children. You will continue to be under paid and over managed. Of course this is just my opinion. Maybe you have another point of view and I respect that. I'm just offering you a little bit of advice. Best wishes to all and Gods speed.

Trelegy has 2 years of promotability left? Are you aware of an sNDA for a mortality benefit claim and an asthma indication? IF there is a reorg it will be to expand coverage into asthma accounts...allergists, expanded reach into PCP, etc....

I’m not saying the Respiratory division will still be around in 15 years. But it’s imminent demise is overblown

I hate to break it to you but you have a problem. Someone should have told you about this long before me. You have a substance abuse problem. Not alcohol or narcotics. Not cigarettes or vaping. You have a cool-aid problem. The sNDA has been submitted and will be approved. But it will not be able to overcome generic Advair and Symbicort. It just won't. The company has a long history of stringing people along with wild tales of future products and indications. All we get are layoff after layoff. GSK has made it crystal clear that they want to be in the specialty selling arena. You need to stop drinking that orange drink and go into detox. Clear your brain and really look at what you have in front of you. If you are hanging on for a severance package, then you are in the right place. If you are hanging on hoping for any sort of a future beyond 2020, then you are $hit faced drunk on GSK cool-aid. If that's the case, then bottoms up! Cheers!

One other thing I failed to mention is the lack of profitability the Elipta products generate or lack there of. Breo is a billion dollar product. Are you sober enough to answer the question on who currently sells that product? It aint us! And there is very good reason for this. If you feel so confident about your future here, ask the question no one will ask. Don't ask your FLL because they really don't know. Ask Court or Deb. Ask them this...How profitable is Trelegy? After rebates and licensing royalties, how much profit does 1 Rx of Trelegy make? I know the answer. You will be shocked! Before I give you the answer, do your own homework. Ask the question as I have laid it out. They will not answer you. They will divert, dodge and evade your question. They know but will not answer. They will tell you how necessary this division is to GSK but they will continue to downsize. You will be "managed out". Treated like a twelve year old. This information I speak of is actually public knowledge but is hidden in our quarterly business reporting. But it's there. Ask the question. Then tell me how confident you are about that sNDA.

Tick tick the clock ticks. GSK a complete waste of your time and it runs out.

In this division, the sky is falling. It is what it is. This is not new to pharma or to this division. Our time is expiring and we all know it. Some of you just choose to ignore the obvious, and that's fine. You know the old saying, "ignorance is bliss". Personally, I am freaking out! I have 16 years with this company. Family and mortgage in a high cost of living state. WTF do I do? Hang on with a hope and a prayer? Ive tried getting into other divisions but the opportunities are far and few. Do I leave for another organization and forfeit the severance I have accrued? In the mean time, Ive got this ridiculous coco bs to deal with. So demeaning! Don't know what to do.

Start looking outside GSK. Much easier to land a job if you have a job.
