Can anyone give me a salary range for the Respiratory: Therapeutic Specialist position? I have 10+ years in pharma

Run! Don’t consider a job here. You will be looking for another job in six months or less. Run! Run! Run!

120k + 70k bonus at 100%. Sign on bonus of 25-50k depending on experience.

LOL. Take your current base and add 10%, I think the minimum TS salary might by something like 90k, but they'll go up to 130ish if you make that much already and they really, really want you. ICP 35k, but I know none of the products are currently doing well. This is a direct hire, btw. Contract, no idea.

Sunovion hire is 90,000 - 130,000 DOE.target bonus of $35K at quota and it is uncapped. Only 40% of reps hit quota last quarter and the division is only at 30% to goal currently.

    Is this correct?

Yes, but I think they adjusted the goals and now there are people at like 200% to goal. It's a decent company, but they can't contract (managed care) or forecast (sales goals) to save their lives

I agree. Sunovion managers call their reps 14 hours a day, seven days a week.
My manager always calls his reps one and a half hours before the work day starts. That is when we are getting ready and getting the kids ready. He also calls as late as 9 pm.
Sat and Sun are like regular work days and an immediate call back/email reply is required.

It isn’t that bad of a division especially if you. NEED the job. The best thing about this division is that Jon Coktoasten is not involved at all with the day to day operations. So all the bad stuff you have been reading about that clown doesn’t impact this division. Hope that helps

That does help, thank you! With all I have read about that dude Coktoasten, glad to know he is isnt part of respiratory. Have a great Week!

you need to use this as a stepping stone to a real, legit pharma job somewhere else. If you stay here too long, you will be on a plan or go down in the layoff when they pull the plug on the handhelds that have zero coverage.

I just started a couple months ago. Absolute shipwreck of a company but salaries are good. My base is 150k.
