Result time

I came over from ameritox is 7 days normal time for clients to get results? I’m getting a lot of complaints from the clients I switched over

 

Aegis is overloaded since taking on the the Atox testing. Their drug panels were a little different than Aegis and the increased sample load has caused a large backlog. Aegis normal TAT was around 3-4 days, but that is going up and will remain there for many months until new instrumentation and staff is set up. Classic case of metrics saying no problem and then reality setting in. There should have been more preliminary staging and project management, but that's how things roll now in business. Get the work and figure it out later. Sorry for you and your clients.
