If you are a woman at UCB, watch out. And HR is in on it. There is bound to be a big lawsuit.

Or it could be that you suck at your job. Now take little Timmy to the Nanny so you can make it to hot yoga before your big lunch!

In would agree and a new appointed Regional for Cimzia has a very interesting track record of aggressively targeting women as “non-performers” and putting them on bogus plans.

There are other women who have and are getting the short end of the stick as well.

RUN. The NE manager is an emotional black hole. The entire team had to have a two day intervention that resulted in her crying and admitting she has trusts issues. Everyone felt like they had to walk on eggshells around this woman because she would tattletale to her boss and HR when she thought there was a compliance/policy violated by one of her employees. She doesn’t care about anyone but herself, she’s closed minded, and will lie to save her own ass. She tries to get people to like her by bringing them to her husband’s work: Phili Eagles Stadium to sit in the presidential suite. If you’re looking for a supportive leader whom you can learn from, do NOT work here. No derm experience, no relationships in the industry, and not trusted by the entire team she hired.

HR supports her because they don’t want a lawsuit; however, they just relocated her region and only kept ONE rep from her entire team. HR lies and makes excuses and is completely useless. At will employees have rights too, TM. Records have been documented by various employees.

    RUN...RUN...RUN

Favoritism also at play. It’s no longer enough to just do a good job, you also need to be a master at sucking up to leadership.

Very true. A mediocre yes-man is looked at more favorably than a stellar worker.

Well do we really think that the new director, JS is going to let her continue to get away with this? No way she will put up with this.

You mean the ones about GP (East Regional) and TM (HR), and the fact they are both walking lawsuits?

TM is such a joke - she will never loose her job

TM should lose her job. If you dont look like her she targets you. And she knows she’s protected because of the “laws”
