    For management, could you please implement a Survey Monkey query or other anonymous source for us to submit reviews of our managers....PLEASE!?!?!?

    This company is beyond failing, it's "FAILED"

    TD is working on an exit strategy before he loses his house, unfortunately for TD the company is barely salvageable. The only winner in a transition is TD, not the employees! Rumors of a sale to GE or Siemens, "right" these companies can smell a turd. Fire sale, most likely and everyone will be RIF in 9 months.

    Rule 1, TD didn't do your homework, J&J drove this business into the toilet. Turds don't smell like flowers.
    Rule 2, TD...never buy a business you know nothing about, transactional managers never make good leaders or business owners.
    Rule 3, Don't bring in your cronies, especially when they know less than you and are motivated by servitude to "you" vs. the employees, clients and patients "you" serve.
    Rule 4, Surround yourself with experts, you failed when fired or "pressured" the people that built this business out.
    Rule 4, Pride sucks! Leadership is a gift.
    Rule 5, Karma, shit happens when you get rid of your legacy loyal employees that built this business, sweet revenge to see you squirm, " How does it feel TD?"
