Totally agree with previous posters. RM's are nothing more than empty suits trying to project an image that the customer is important enough to be worthy of their presence. They couldn't recite a reimbursement story if their lives depended on it

 

I intentionally keep them out of my accounts. Dont need them and more importantly, dont want them. Steve, FYI, most we can get along without just fine. Take their comp and give the hardworking reps a bump please

 

Yep. I tell my accounts that I have to bring "___" with me before I come in. All of us know the game. Done strictly for show. There is no positive impact only potential negative impact. Its the RMs that talk about the off label use of products.
