Nice list of losers you have there. Riemser was smart to get ride of these clowns. Most had no sales experience and belong stocking shelves at Walmart. RP loved hiring chumps because he could control them through intimidation. Clean up in isle #5 !!!

 

You are correct. RP really left this company in bad shape. I still see the effects of his poor decisions to this day. No matter what anyone does here, the ship has sunk.

Every company message board on cafepharma always have the pissed off former reps,employees that pretend they are still with the company to try to ruin their image. Cafepharma message boards has some decent info and the remaining of it is loser reps that bash their former company. You should know that.

Riemser needs to get rid of the consultants. How many consultants have they had in the past 5 years that don't know the dental market? The German parent company needs to wake up and see that they need better US leadership. They have some good employees but unfortunately this company keeps spinning it's wheels with no solid direction and part time management.

 

And they need to wake up and see the need for new products. Cerasorb just isn't exciting any more.

 

The damage done to Riemser by RP was never repairable. The German parent company hired a slew of consultants that didn't know the industry which just made matters worst. Shame on them for handling the US based company so poorly. And shame on the consultants for pocketing money and disservicing the US employees.

 

Riemser hired incompetent consultants from N.C. that don't know sales or dental to run the US division. They would have been better off hiring Barney the dancing purple dinosaur.

 

They are crooks. The German parent company has no idea what tthe consultants are really doing in the U.S. because they lie to them.

 

Too bad. This company seems like it has some good products but they can't seem to get anything done due to the parent company in Germany being very cheap. They still owe doctors who have done work for them money and they will not pay them.

 

They did hire Barney, only this dinasaur has red hair and will fuck you first chance he gets....literally.
