I am Cofounder of a VC-funded digital health company that uses VR to help patients manage pain and anxiety. We primarily sell into hospitals and outpatient clinics, where the decision makers are clinicians and administrators in clinical departments. We are in a couple hundred hospitals with a small internal sales team. We are looking to hire a sales director who has sold products into departments of hospitals, who can help refine our selling process, manage and hire a sales organization, and potentially channel partnerships. As we are in a unique intersection between tech + healthcare + VR, I’m not sure the right profile of the candidate...is it pharma, device, HIT? Would love to get any feedback from the community!
