I think all these managers are afraid to fart let alone do any leading. I talked to a recruiter today who told me their office has received over 30 resumes from people in the past 6 weeks. He said people want to get out after bonus in Feb. Unfortunately word has spread of how poorly run company is.

 

All these posts are hysterical. No one gets fired anymore. The shots were fired when they fired WKs boys. It really doesn't matter what your numbers are or whether you wake up at noon. A coleague put it best. Stay under the radar and document everything so you can sue if someone comes after you. The company has been completely fooled and has settled with a bunch of people in the past. Document everything!

 

Glad you have it so good. It isn't that way for everyone.

 

Things are still this bad? How many idiots does it take to clean RC up?
No idea what's going on with bonus in Feb. Did they not pay people this year?
