I think maybe total comp is 225k-250k. 150K base and bonuses paid out on achieving goals like quota, reduction in inventory and reduction in cost of serve. Im sure its a moving target every year. Pretty much you manage a spreadsheet.
It’s your salary (most are $150k-$200k and is negotiable) plus variable comp of $100k @ target. Most regions will hit target 3 out of every 5 years.
