    Sage Applicants:

As many of you know the main reason for the delay in the interview process is the FDA needs some additional information and it has pushed the PDUFA date back. We hope you will understand and hang on because it only should be delayed a month or so.

Be careful of the Denver Area Director if you are applying in the Rocky Mountain Area. She makes all the decisions and dos t let her regional director choose her talent at all. You don't want to work for someone who can't stand up for themselves so beware.

I heard the same thing from my recruiter today but she didn't tell me why. This makes me super nervous as these types of things usually drag on so there is no way I'm putting my notice in yet.

Why did Sage hire so many Amgen retreads without any Psychiatry experience?

She was my superior at Novo and I'd stay away from her. She was in Area Accounts so this is her first Director Role and has been out of the field so long she has no idea. At meetings she always thought we should be pulling things through better then we did even though contractually she sucked at getting us contracts for our diabetes drugs.

I was recruited to come here and there is no way I'd come here with her.

I'm at Amgen and a bunch of us were recruited by our managers or training people to come here but I'm telling you they got our below average performers.

So I thought about coming over and then I thought who was managing and there is no way I'm leaving such a good situation here at Amgen.

I'm a KAM here out West and I've already been hired but I heard the delay was for the Therapeutic Jobs.

This is not good or can anyone address this if it's true or now

It is 100% true but I don't think you should worry. What you should worry about is how many insurance companies/ HuBs/Specialty Pharmacies will pay for something that is $10,000 when the studies have so few people in them. I mean what other anti-depressant has less than 10 patients in a study?

Sage is way over hiring in the number of KAM's they have and Therapeutics Specialists. Good luck but this will be a bust. I've sold something like this before in this environment and it will be very hard and most won't have jobs in less than 3 years.

A lot of the regional directors from Amgen were butt hurt and were our trash and throw always so have fun with them. Most won't think for themselves and will only do what their Area Director tells them too since they are robots.

Dang I was really hoping this didn't happen. I wish companies were a lot more sure before going through all this interview process and then delay the whole thing. Come on Sage....go big or go home!

theae posts are clueless and posters ignorant. Sorry you did not get an interview or blew it in panel interviews. PUDUFA is a matter of public record and if you check your facts it has not changed. Thanks for weighing in

I interviewed with both of them today and you can tell the Area Director wears the pants in that relationship. Beware of the Denver Management as she can’t tie her shoes without Area Director weighing in. I interviewed but even if I get an offer I’m turning it down.

100% false. You are an idiot. I have an offer in hand and my manager actually told me that things are still good but could be a ways off because of infusion issues without we want to market it. If we have to sell it as an infusion hospital stay only we are screwed but I we can do an in home infusion we’re good.

I’m glad we are getting this worked out now before we get going.

There is no way the recruiter would provide candidates on this type of information. If there is a FDA delay and Sage has been advised as such, that is considered material information of shareholder value and Sage would be obligated and have a timeframe to submit a press release. SEC refs. No way recruiters have this information until such time. Back to Pharma reps are so stupid.

So what’s going on with the interview process? Has anyone had a face to face interview with their RBD? My recruiter confirmed that the Hiring event moved back to September now.
