What makes employees stay? Peace of mind. When they feel important, secured, heard, understood. There is too much pressure in life already and they just want to work. Don’t create a toxic environment and then wonder why they leave.

Here’s toxic: expecting a years work in a month of approval with no support from management, except to ask for updates. Financial was a huge need to start and we just got it. Reset your expectations, give us space, hear us.

Sage is odd. It is acceptable to use profanity in open meetings at headquarters by employees at all levels of the organization which contributes to a toxic and hostile atmosphere.
