For those who applied (or hired) to the biologics positions (whether Derm or non Derm) what was your experience/yrs in pharma etc, last salary and did you get an interview? Congrats to those who were hired!
Chiming in. $112k current salary. 7+ years in Pharma. No biologics. Got phone interview. Told I would be called back to schedule f2f but never heard back from recruiter since last month. I applied elsewhere and interviewed. This company likes to waste people’s time!
Agree! The hiring manager is too busy/rude/lazy to call back after I interviewed with her. I too moved on with a competitor who has already shown me this was a blessing.
Had sim experience. Interviewed in November and the HM never contacted me , I called them but no answer. Makes no sense as there are many openings.
