The salary bands are available on the intranet. I wouldn't get too excited about the values you see though as unless you have been in the company 25 years you are likely to be in the bottom 3rd of your bands pay.
Salary is about $50K for Assoc Scientist. Experience really won't help in terms of salary. Assoc Scientist is an entry level job, so that is why the pay is so low. If you want more than that you have to ask for it when they make the offer. Ask for 57k and see how close they will match. You might end up at 53K which will be good for when you move up into your next role.
