Well said. That is ther reason they are so successful selling Analpram. The VP of Sales and Marketing uses it for toothpaste. The list of good people they have run off is topped only by the group of trolls they keep.

Go for training and hit the road. This company has no soul! They could care less about all but their most loyal employees. They laid off a manager who had cancer and could have cared less. They laid off about 100 field sales reps and could have cared less. TAKE THE MONEY, USE THEM AND LEAVE....before they use you and spit you out!

Again it is not a full-time job but does require you to work. Sorry to disappoint you if you were looking to be a fed ex driver.

It is not a flex time position. It is a very rigid part time position with expectations of full time commitment. Poor management at all levels. Medicore products and a mundane marketing program.

How much is the car allowance? Do you get reimbursed for cell phone and business expenses? Do you have a budget for lunches with doctors?

How much do we get for a car, how much for a phone, how much for lunch. Do you want to
"work" or just get everything handed to you on a silver platter?

I always love how people misrepresent the tax withholding situation. First of all the company is mandated by the federal government to withhold taxes on supplemental pay (like bonuses) at a 20% federal tax rate. What a few people seem to grasp is that this is just a withholding rate--if your personal tax rate is less than 20% when you file your taxes then you are going to get some of that money back in your tax return. The Medicare, SS and State tax withholding levels stay the same on supplemental pay. I know some companies will withhold tax on bonuses however the employees wants however that is technically illegal.

2K every quarter is actually on the short side of the bonuses so that must have been acomment from a low-performing rep.

The main problem at ferndale is that the person running the sales force (jh) has the deadly combination of arrogance and ignorance.
