If you are a new joiner and at a rep or AM level, expect to get grade level 8. No way you'll get a 6. It you negotiate a 7 consider it a miracle. The system is jacked even for people who have been around a long time.

 

Looks like a dead-end job.....I wouldn't take it .

 

What is the range of a level 6?

 

IS Grade S06. $30,000 baseline
IS Grade S07 $25,000 baseline
IS Grade S08-10 $21,000 baseline
IAM Grade S06 $30,000 baseline
IAM grades S07-S08 $25,000 baseline

All RISDs have a annual target bonus of $35,000 no matter the grade

All ADMs have a annual target of $30,000 no matter the grade

IS=immunization specialist
IAM- immunization account manager
RISD= Regional Immunization Sales Director
