Is it possible to make $55-$60, your 1st year, as a PCC, even with putting in 12 hour days, and, with all the STRINGENT Medicare Guidelines, or, does it depend on the territory? Does the lack of HMO insurance contacts, keep reps from reaching their quota, please???
Do they still payout $100 p/cpap, please???? Thanks kindly!!!!

Commissions suck. They hold back everything they can and back patients out. What's even better....ANOTHER cut coming in the next few weeks. Yeah! Way to lose your sales staff.

Just found out , get ready. They are CUTTING commissions once again. Expect it to be rolled out July 1. If they do what they are talking about doing, A PCC would be an idiot to hang around. The top 5 pcc's will not be able to top $90K. Average PCC commission will be less than $1,000 a month. Jesus, what are they thinking...... Screw the sales staff? Not a smart move.

you dont commision on HMO contrscts because they are generally exclusive so no competittion for referrals. If multiple dme,s on plan then commisionable

I understand this won't be rolled out now until Q4. They decided since cancelling the Pres club, an additionl commission cut would NOT be a smart thing right now.

has anyone heard from Chad Martin? After he was forced out at PPS he took another job as president of some company but got fired after one month curious as to where he landed

Has anyone heard where Debbie Shotwell landed after she was fired and escorted off the property by the head attorney for PPS?

Has anyone heard why Russ left the company?

Does anyone know why Ian is now running the show instead of Jason Anderson?

IS Chris Kane still running the show?

Is the FBI investigation settled yet?

I can tell you this, Russ had no concept of expense control. While he was overseeing the sales recruiters he also was paying contract recruiters to find sales talent. I'm talking about the kind of recruiters who take 15% of the expected sales or sales management position. So the company was paying a huge expense in finding talent that had a high turnover as well. Another thing was the Chally business. Why would the company support or continue to believe in that stupid test when their turnover rate was so high?
