Ever wonder like I do how your salary compares with colleagues around you? Is Salix getting their money’s worth out of you or should you be looking around to get more? Knowledge is power people! I will go first and follow a format so as to make the information helpful but not giving away any more than is necessary...

    Years in industry range: (0 to 5, 5 to 10, 10 to 15, 15 to 20, 20+)

    Years at Salix: same ranges

    Role: (TM, DM, MSL)

    Salary: stick with $5k ranges?
    —————————————————

    Years in industry: 5-10
    Years at Salix: 0-5
    Role: TM
    Salary: $75-80

This will only be as good as the information legitimately put put in so let’s keep it true

    We have our first "fibber"
I can 100% guarantee that this is wrong - I have hired/made/seen offers and seen yearly salaries for 15-20 reps and I know that that there are no TM's that fall within those parameters.

The previous poster said that they were a TM / not a KAM. The KAM position won't be around much longer anyway .

It basically all comes down to what you were making at your previous employer/ everything is based off of that. So if you got a sweetheart deal at one point - it likely got carried over to your salary here.

so true. That's why you see so much job hopping in this industry (besides this company sucking major dick lately). Once you get locked into a salary, raises are laughable. Switching jobs usually comes with at least a 10% bump.
