What is your salary as a PMR here? I'm hearing 70k was max but the I heard Quintiles reps were rolled over at 75. This is insane-I'm working 60 hours a week. High performers who hit 150% to quota are only making a 13k bonus. How long until they realize that even pharma reps are paid more? Note to Diane: your top performers will leave. Associate reps in device make more money. Our IW counterparts who chase signatures make base salaries of 90-100k
I was rolled over at 82,500. Had another offer and they matched. I do know a few reps who got 80 however.
