    If you look at the stock price, working here is like being in early at Google or Apple. I am on a team of tenured reps and 2 of us paid off our houses in cash this year. Stock purchase program is unreal. If you’re complaining you don’t deserve to be here.

    Ask in the interview, but if your not a micromanager don’t expect an offer. The bigger the asshole you are, the safer your job will be. There are some rare exceptions to this, but they have been around awhile, and/or are secure with their abilities to lead, and not dictate.

    I call B.S. on $150. Salary is is $87K - no negotiation plus 40K bonus if you reach goal

    Exact pays FAR lower than other oncology diagnostic labs. Those reps are making over 200k at goal.

    200k at goal with 400k of headaches vs. 150k for most decent specialty jobs with 75k in headaches.
