Sales Associate to Full-line Rep

    I am currently a ASR at a Med Device company and have been so for 2.5 years now. There are not many opportunities/territories being opened up for promotion and the company is telling associates that for the next year there will not be any territory splits or new territories opening up. I am beginning to look/interview elsewhere and have landed interviews in medical/surgical but have been told that by not having quota experience I am not as strong as other candidates.

    I have been offered a Territory Management position for a Dental Implant company but I want to stay in surgical. Do you recommend staying in medical/surgical until someone takes a chance on me or get the TM experience with a dental implant company??
