I deliver results and will be paid for my relationships bringing specimens in the door. Bottom of the barrel management adding no benefit to my work in the field. Empty suits. Screwing around with my income has my attention.

 

I got absolutely hosed out of two months of my comp plan when I left. I did receive a $6 check from them reimbursing me for an overpayment on my health plan. I got it today...I've only been gone nine months. Maybe they needed to hold on to it in case they needed it???

the joke is the comp plan was created by Null a poor absent manager with no field experience.

I had to go through a formal hiring/interviewing program that cost a load of money and obviously never used on management. I work for a bunch of clowns...for now
